Customer journey
The customer journey when purchasing a bespoke British shotgun varies for each client with some choosing to visit the factory regularly for updates, others taking a less hands on approach and receiving updates via email at key stages of production. When purchasing a Boxall and Edmiston the client is always invited to contribute to every stage of the production process to ensure the perfect bespoke gun is created to the clients precise specification.
As with any luxury item the client is key and the team work hard to ensure absolute satisfaction every step of the way.
The following pages detail the journey a customer takes with Boxall and Edmiston, from the moment they place the order.
If you would like to ask or a question or discuss any of the information on these pages do not hesitate to get in touch using the contact details available by clicking here or through the contacts tab at the top of each page.
The clients journey follows a similar path to the production process. A client can be as involved with the production of their gun as they wish with some regularly visiting the factory to discuss specific design features, others choosing to take a less hands on approach.
